all right this is 3 watt stories got some more work this pain displayed in this jury want to go ahead and tell us about this particular picture where it came from how you worked on it what you enjoyed most about it I got this picture in my mind like a water scene cuz I like you do you like to flexions of water and I just like did the rating out of the sky and then I just started messing around with and then I went into like the details and then I had to like use a lot of details Warehouse to make it look like a barn and it was fun to me because I just like playing around with it and like like seeing those cool colors that you put into it so how do you feel about this compared to I want regular are like painting or making something with play or what how do you feel about a nose but you really for this picture you can make do anything to it and so it's not like paper like a race a lot and when you do it on the iPad you'll like very good and you can edit it how you want to be easier to fix mistakes because you're saying okay this is Allison Park Lebanon has been working with the iPad hard to tell us about your feeling and how do you feel about using iPads or years compared to using paper or canvas there's a line just normal drawing so digital help you make a perfect circle you can just drag colors into it and you don't have to like color it you can but it's easier to drag you can make it so realistic and have so many different detailed and stuff like that and and just normal are you just can't really do that very easily tools give you more options don't talk about like layering that's something you can do that you can't do like if you make cuz you were just on that one later I think that's really neat because I myself a lot of those things when I'm drawing and when digital art you do that it'll help you hermit you want anything else before we wrap this up when I try to give all my digital art I felt like it was fun to do cuz you knew you wouldn't mess up very much and it's easier to do less pressure on all right there's a let's just I guess start about talking about how you feel about drawing on iPad versus like regular paper or painting or something like that do you like it better worse the same tell me about it I like it better because it's like easier than coloring games and you can just back the color in and out feeling the whole cycle WGU go ahead and tell me about the island picture that you drew what what why did you choose that and what were their kind of steps but you worked in the steps will kind of poetry getting the water they look realistic all right so aside from that I know you drew the impossible triangle why did you pick that you're going to be for okay so that's not something that's brand new to you okay you just wanted to try it on an iPad okay alright SS David Lang she drew a mandala design on the iPad you can talk a little bit about that how she feels about digital art compared to traditional art go ahead or just want to see the art right now when you drew that is there some kind of like special digital tool that assist you and creating this way exactly does it do and how can you describe it where is Revenant but it was May draw like a circle and be in four different places at once and I let me do the design the same design over and over a lot easier to do something really complicated looking okay what about the coloring of Jupiter breathing each other's colors okay okay what do you think about this compared to say regular painting or something drawing my hand won't get as tired as a drawing or painting place where you think about this being easier to Porter carry around and and work on things in your spare time or not having to get all the supplies out and cleaning up better than having to clean up everything after you're done Mary Anderson is an art Club student who is also working on the iPads and she has done some abstract style art I don't know I just told you I got because it looks so amazing you can do like a lot of abstract art you can do all kinds of different color paper up in the SEC anyway you would lie okay so when you're doing abstract art you're not really trying to make anything that looks like realistic so you have to rely more on things like patterns colors shapes can you talk about any color and I've tried almost any cuz I can go together whenever I need to shape you can only you can pick one shape and put it up in Spanish wacky designs and color anyway you like you want to add anything else about whether you prefer digital art to regular art like draw on a piece of paper you can do just as much as you can with digital but would digital you cannot change the size of how you painting and you can do smooth braids and lots of stuff for other stuff like that is this analysis she Drew these Yoda pictures so she's going to tell us a little bit about it and how she feels about doing digital art pair to regular art how to make a child may be an asset as a baby Yoda and he he said he was there at that ground music to it but I don't think he's going to do that because he cares that you can make State you can just erase it and you don't have to but you still have to try but you don't have to try everything by hand you can just kind of drop it and dragged into the thing what are the different kind of brushes I think that's was looking but you can just tap the button and you don't have to let go get up and grab a different selection of different textures you can do what about layers going to talk about layers a little bit what are you doing why are you can you do you can do like the ears and we're like the face I like the clothing different on different layers so like if you messed up you don't have to go and race it are you doing anything else you want to add about your all right this is Angela Angela is a member of the Arts Club and she has also been drawing along with the iPads and we're using the procreate software and tell me what you feel how you feel about using iPads for art compared to how you would feel about drawing or painting or the regular way in the perfect shaped like if you do but one side is perfect and yes there's a hump on the other side and then you just put it on and it becomes purple A Perfect Circle so you have some some tools that kind of assist you and drawing and away can you describe some of the other tools besides the perfect date what else can you do when you're coloring and are there any start that you could take the color thing what time is it when you're doing that on the tablet there's other colors and they just all these different color in the squares and you can just tap on the perfect color
